Athanasia Roufou was born and raised in Alexandroupolis, where she graduated from the 4 th GeneralHighschool in 2013. During 2014-2020 she studied at the Dental School in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and from 2016 un l 2020 she was working as a dental assistant in a private dental office.

She took part in a 3-month traineeship program at The Dental Clinic Thessaloniki and since October of 2020 she is working as a general dentist in the same clinic. She participated in annual Dental Congresses, EAOM 2019 and HAOMS 2020 where she presented a poster with the title «Computer Guided Dental Implant Surgery in the Aesthetic Zone».
