Adam D. Haralambidis was born in Thessaloniki in 1974. He is a graduate of the “Anatolia” American College of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Dental School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2002. During his military service, he served as general dentist at the 412 General Military Hospital of Xanthi.

From September 2003 to August 2004 he worked at the medical office of Dr. Stelios Karamanis in Thessaloniki. In September 2004 he was admitted to the Postgraduate Program of the Orthodontic Laboratory of the Dental School of Marmara University, Istanbul, from which he graduated in October 2007 with honors, receiving a Master of Science in Orthodontics. With a decision issued by DOATAP (The Hellenic Interdisciplinary Organization for the Recognition of Academic Degrees and Information) in September 2008 his Postgraduate Degree of Specialization in Orthodontics was recognized, while in November 2008 he was awarded the title of Specialization in Orthodontics.

In June 2008 he presented at the 84th congress of the European Orthodontic Society (ΕΟS) in Lisbon, Portugal, his scientific work with title: “3D CT Evaluation of Nasal Volume Changes Induced by Rapid Maxillary Expansion”. Many of his scientific articles have been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, in which he is also a member of the editorial board. Since the beginning of 2011, the orthodontist Adam D. Haralambidis is the head of the orthodontic department of The DentalClinic of Thessaloniki. Moreover, since November 2011, the orthodontist Adam D. Haralambidis collaborates with the dental group Smiles in Ireland.
